We are a group of young academics that are politically alligned further to the left of center than the society in which we live.
So far there are two of us contributing to this site.
One of us is from Ireland, the other from West Virginia.
The aim of this blog is not to regurgitate the news section of the New York Times, but to identify and examine cases of state secrecy, workers struggles, the subversion of democracy and the greed of global capital. We write here, on this blog, not to preach, but to hone our investigative skills in the hope that we can educate ourselves and others.
